Sleep Study in Combat Athletes
Be part of exploratory research to document sleep, diet and training practices of combat and grappling athletes.
Your involvement in this sleep study is crucial for gaining insights into how sleep affects overall health and well-being. By carefully monitoring your sleep patterns and behaviors, we aim to identify factors that contribute to better sleep quality and to develop strategies for improving sleep for health and performance.
For 14 days:
Wear a wristband to monitor sleep.
Record you food intake via a dietary app.
Keep a sleep and training diary.
At the end of 14 days, you will be invited to participate in a semi-structured interview to share your experiences and perspectives.
Your contribution is valuable and will help advance the understanding of sleep among athletes, ultimately benefiting many individuals seeking better sleep solutions.
