If you really want to maximise your physical potential, the practitioner program is for you. There are no prerequisites; we will take you from where you are to where you want to go, regardless of your starting point.

Members of the grappled mentoring program receive customised training plans according to their current abilities, goals, access to equipment, interests and schedule.

As a practitioner, you will have everything you need to bring about significant transformations in your body, including exercise videos and descriptions, clearly delineated instructions for each training session, explanations of how to progress from week to week and more. All that is required on your part is quality work, consistency and attention to detail.

Students joining the practitioner program can choose from a selection of core and elective projects, including segmentation, sensitivity, elasticity, conditioning, mobility, handstands, ring work and soft acrobatics
